Nasal congestion/blockage
Can be caused by a deviated septum, swelling of the nasal tissues, polyps, foreign objects etc.

Nasal discharge
Can be a symptom of common cold, allergy, sinusitis or even leakage of brain fluid (CSF) through nose.

Sinus infections
Can be caused by the common cold, viruses, bacteria, fungi, or allergies. Symptoms include facial pain, a stuffy or runny nose, and sometimes a fever.

Nasal polyps
Can cause inflammation and obstruction that can affect the olfactory nerves, which are responsible for detecting smells. This can lead to a reduction or loss of smell or taste. These polyps tend to obstruct the nose partially/completely leading to breathing difficulties and often associated with bronchial asthma

Hay feverAlso known as allergic rhinitis, this is caused by an allergic reaction to environmental allergens like pollen, dust mites, or pet dander. Symptoms include a runny nose, sneezing, itchy eyes, and throat irritation.
